Brand Highlights & Tips
If your appliance doesn’t seem to be working properly, there may be a few things you can try to fix the problem yourself. Something as simple as implementing a routine cleaning schedule can prevent a lot of issues.
Sub-Zero Refrigerator Coil Maintenance
The condenser coils on any refrigerator brand need to be cleaned every six months, depending on use. The process is virtually the same for all makes and models. However, Sub-Zero refrigerator coils are located on the top of the unit as opposed to the bottom or back side.
Gently pull out and up on the grille at the top of your Sub-Zero refrigerator. Then swipe up and down with a soft bristle vacuum attachment to remove dust. This task can help prevent common problems such as a refrigerator that always runs loud.
Bosch Dishwasher Performance
Bosch dishwashers are built to perform and last. They work wonders on their own, but like any appliance, they can use a little extra help from time to time. Especially if you notice your dishes are left with white spots or water marks after a cleaning cycle.
Try using a rinse aid to improve the drying process. The white dots and water marks you see on your glassware are often left behind when water doesn’t evaporate quickly enough. Rinse aids reduce the surface tension of water, allowing it to evaporate more quickly.
Wolf Oven Convection Settings
Wolf ovens have a number of useful settings to help make life in the kitchen that much easier. One such setting is the Convection option.
Use the convection setting to circulate heat more evenly within the oven. This setting is particularly useful for baking cookies that are golden brown on the outside and chewy on the inside, as the bottom doesn’t burn. Meats will cook with a crispy exterior and perfectly moist interior as well.
